My Wednesday Novena

A set of not-so-very-interesting things I have done today: fold and put away laundried clothings, vacuum carpet, fix my bed, mopped the floor, cleaned the bathroom, wash the dishes, move around some furnitures and clean the outside of the door for the cigarette butts. That was on my apartment. I went back to mom’s place to help her with her paper works and ended up doing her dishes and cleaning up her kitchen !

4th Day: Relaxation

I have not done anything productive for the past seven months. and yet, I still feel that I have this level of stressed that needs to be addressed.

I am now on my 4th day of “Living the Old Me Project.” The first day was about recollecton, the second was silence, the third was prayer and for today, I designated “relaxation”

Nothing else.

P.s.

Third day failed because of WRATH. I cant seems to remain in a state of calmness and prayer when there is minor irritation and annoyance crawling and flying there up in my feeble mind.

Wag kang lalayo, sintang sinusuyo
sa pahina ng kalendaryo, limutin ay wag ako.
Wag kang luluha, sintang pinangingiti
sa musika ng punebre, awitan ay wag ako.
Dahil sa paglisan ng katawang ito

I guess, that should be self explanatory. And I would try hard to get rid of all the negativities today and tomorrow.
